EUC Workstation Services Architect

EUC Workstation Services Architect will work with the customer and internal support teams on all aspects of Workstation Services, the architect will have a strong understanding of the services provided below and the ability to work with the client and support teams to drive continual improvements in these areas:

• Image Management and Creation (MDT & MCEM)
• PatchManagement (MCEM & Intune)
• Application Management (Basic Life Cycle knowledge & Testing)
• Application Packaging (Understanding of packaging tools and methods)
• Anti-virus Management (SEP & MS Defender)
• EncryptionManagement (MBAM & Bit Locker)
• Experiencing using VMware\VSphere

This positon is based in Richmond, VA. It is not fully-remote. Candiates will be expected to travel to the local Richmond office when required.

• Candidates should have at least 3 or more years of experience supporting Configuration Manager Current Branch and Microsoft Intune in an environment.
• Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to correspond efficiently and effectively. This includes both verbally as well as in a written format. Emphasis is put upon the ability to produce well written technical documentation.
• Candidates must be able to work well with clients and team members of all levels.
• Candidates must understand that we are here to help our customers succeeded and possess a positive ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong commitment to customer support.
