Position Summary: This individual will assist the supervisor with daily operations of the Eviscerating department. Will complete SOP’S and daily processing reports. Will be responsible for other duties as assigned by supervisor. Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Eviscerating experience preferred.
Skill Summary:
Able to work in a wet, humid environment.
Excellent work, safety and attendance record.
Able to work well with management and fellow employees; must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
Must work well with management and be an effective motivator
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
