Our client in Manassas, Virginia has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Administrative Assistant. If you're ready to showcase your expertise and provide unmatched support to Senior Management leaders, including the Head of Strategy & Architecture and Head of Tooling Services tribe, then this is the position for you!Responsibilities
Directly report to the Head of Strategy and Architecture
Proactively manage calendars, prioritizing urgent matters and resolving conflicts.
Coordinate and schedule both internal and external meetings.
Prepare materials for executive/board meetings and team events.
Handle purchase requisitions with Procurement.
Arrange travel accommodations and manage expense claims
Organize team events, off-sties, and ceremonies.
Assist with general administrative tasks and office wide events.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience (IT environment preferred)
Proficiency in PowerPoint, meeting organization, and travel booking (Concur).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration.
Self-starter who takes initiative.

Pay: Starts at $30/hr depending on experience
