Manage and maintain complex calendars on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure accurate scheduling and organization across multiple time zones 

Work in partnership with the leader to make decisions regarding schedule prioritization aligned to the business priorities and customer/partner outcome 

Manage logistics for the leader’s domestic and international business travel, visas, flights, accommodations, ground transportation, meetings both internal and external and processing expense reports  

Manage the team’s logistics including computers and supplies, internal team events and moral expenditure for the team in a compliant and timelymanner 

Manage and maintain team aliases to support efficient and appropriate internalcommunication 

Coordinate team meetings, events and offsites, including meeting logistics, to include space and catering 

Uses discretion to determine a distribution plan for confidential internal and external communications and brings awareness to patterns. 

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications

7+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

1+ year(s) experience supporting remote teams.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)

OR equivalent experience.

4+ years experience serving as mentor or direct/indirect (e.g., team leader) supervisor to others.

5+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).

Excellent organizational and anticipatory skills. Ability to make independent decisions and to juggle multiple projects at once with compressed lead time, in addition to dealing with ambiguity.

Ability to manage multiple projects along with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside the groups with varying levels of collaborators and accommodate working styles and perspectives of individuals and groups.

Knowledge of internal Microsoft tools such as Headtrax, MS Expense, Travel, MyOrder etc.

Proficiency in Outlook, Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Business Support ATR-E - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31.15 - $62.55 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $41.54 - $68.61 per hour.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
