The Executive Chef 3 will handle a variety of tasks to include menu development and food demonstrations. This is a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to strive under pressure and can develop and maintain valuable relationships with key stakeholders.This role is responsible for all aspects of the food operations. This lead role will drive financial and program expectations with a culinary focus.The successful candidate will:be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;

ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;

have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;

ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or

have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.
