DescriptionAs a F5 DevOps Engineer, you will be joining a dynamic team of IT professionals who set out to deliver and operate the Application Delivery Controller platform for our internal and external customers. Building on our ambition to deliver a fully automated, self-service, zero-touch provisioning solution, by applying agile practices, we are looking for somebody who brings a strong customer focus, a desire to understand the customer needs, and help address their challenges. If you are interested in all aspects of the IT services delivery process (architecture, design, implementation, testing, operations and support) you could be our ideal candidate.
Responsibilities:- Manage F5 Big IP LTM devices on-prem and in the cloud (upgrades, migrations, develop and deploy new services, integration with monitoring and automated provisioning systems)- Create iRules, policies, configure virtual IPs, pools, nodes, data-groups- Design, POC, Develop, Implement, Deploy and Support ADC infrastructure and solutions- Provide expertise and support to all ADC squad customers (infra and application teams)- Participate in the day-to-day network administration and provisioning activities with the ambition to automate any manual workRequirements:- F5 BIG-IP LTM 301 certification is mandatory- 3-5 years experience with AS3, Ansible, Terraform, Python and Unix Shells scripting- 3-5 years experience with CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Nexus, Bitbucket, GIT- Experience with Agile framework, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow- Ability to troubleshoot effectively and maintain updated status to customer (Wireshark, openssl, curl, postman)- Ability to interface and provide quality support to all partners and customers- Very good understanding of TCP/IP, TLS and HTTP protocols- Firewall experience (preferred but not required - Fortigate, Checkpoint, AlgoSec)- CCNA or CCNP (preferred but not required)- You are expected to work on SWIFT's production network which requires on-site presence in our office (minimum 2 days/week)- Fully autonomous and self-driven along with a strong ability to adapt and respond to change quickly.- Customer oriented and quality mindset – we continually strive to deliver true customer value.- Open-minded, solution oriented, curious and a true team player – gaining energy through collaboration with others.- Able to manage matters effectively despite ambiguous circumstances.- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
