CACI has a contingent Field Service Satellite Technician postion in support of a large contract from Norforlk,VA / Ft Campbell, KY/ JBLM WA , You'll focus on the installation, operations, repair, and training of very small aperture (VSAT) communications systems. What You'll Get to Do:
  • Provides hands-on assistance involving troubleshooting and diagnostic support for all related systems, equipment failures or service issues
  • Provide Life Cycle Sustainment and Maintenance (LCSM) support
  • Provide daily and/or weekly, and as needed, deliverables depicting support provided to our customers
  • Generate and maintain work orders and shipping / return of OCONUS and CONUS equipment requiring maintenance utilizing the program's logistical database software
  • Provide installation, operation and maintenance training and troubleshooting to personnel
  • Deploy, as needed, for short term assignments to OCONUS locations

You'll Bring these Qualifications:
  • Must have Five (5) years of Joint Warfighter C5ISR Computerized System experience, to include: Design, Development, Test and Evaluation, Network Protocols. LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows based operating system.
  • Active Secret Clearance with ability to upgrade to Top Secret
  • Must be able to pass a CRC deployment physical
  • A self-starter and proven experience of accomplishing the mission with minimal oversight
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience configuring Cisco routers and switches

These Qualification Would be Nice to Have:
  • SECURITY +
  • Troubleshooting skills using satellite simulation test equipment
  • Knowledge in HAIPE encryption devices, BGAN and INMARSAT networks, and LAN/ WAN
