As a Field Technician V you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.JOB DESCRIPTION:Performs a variety of technical tasks and provides site support.Modifies, moves, and installs a range of new equipment.Troubleshoots a wide variety of hardware and software problems and interconnectivity issues.Performs a wide variety of integrity testing and interviews customers to gather information about problems.Prepares and presents a wide variety of incident/performance reports to the customer and to the service delivery manager.Provides advice and a wide variety of complex onsite training for customer support personnel.May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.May serve as a team or task leader.
