Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finisher located in Richmond, VA. The Finisher will be responsible for applying finishes to fine furniture, preparing surfaces before finishing, and ensuring the final product meets the company's quality standards. Daily tasks include sanding, staining, sealing, and spraying top coats to furniture pieces. Finisher will also maintain a clean and organized workspace along with inspecting completed work.

Qualifications:

-Experience in sanding, staining, sealing, and spraying top coats to furniture

-Ability to prepare surfaces before finishing

-Knowledge of different types of wood and finishes

-Strong attention to detail and quality control

-Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Previous experience in furniture finishing or a related field is beneficial
