  • Design, develop, conducts unit testing, and maintains complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.
  • Strong understanding of Tableau Architecture and cloud platform, preferably MS Azure
  • Demonstrates technical expertise of leading data warehousing, business intelligence, reporting, data management and advanced analytics including projects.
  • Demonstrates experience of architecting & design Azure and/or AWS based Big data analytics solution.
  • Performing regular maintenance on Tableau servers to ensure optimal performance
  • Licensing key management for Tableau Server & Desktop.
  • Experience with performance tuning of tableau servers and workbooks.
  • Proven experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards, analytics.
  • Passionate about solving complex data architecture, data warehousing and advanced analytics problems.
  • Conceptualizes viable technical solutions that meets customer objectives and project requirements within the cost and schedule constraints.
  • Hands-on experience working with large and complex datasets
  • Experience working directly with business analysts or business sponsors to gather and validate functional requirements and document design specifications
  • Experience working in a support team environment by documenting, researching, and solving problems via phone calls or email ticketing system
  • Act as SME for customer-facing project delivery for business intelligence, data management, and data analytics projects aimed at government Federal, State, and Local.
  • Provide thought leadership for innovative data solutions to establish a standard industry language for analyzing new and emerging technologies.
  • Support proposal development, new customer demos, and other pre-sales activities.
  • Develop knowledge articles and other pieces of thought leadership to advance Client's positioning.
  • Works with and through both functional and technical project team members to deliver products in an agile manner.
  • Understanding of scripting and programming languages like python/R
  • Work with team leaders and data analysts in resolving complex technical and operational issues.
  • Ability to take ownership, acting with urgency, putting customers first, and looking into the future
  • Should have Data Strategy and governance expertise
