General Laborer

Description:Candidates will help to reburbish construction trailers, providing janitorial and re-furbishing support. As trailers are returned from construction sites, they are fully cleaned out and often gutted of all old counters, receptacles etc.Candidates will be responsible for cleaning walls, floors, bathrooms, and pull toilets and other minor plumbing tasks. Candidates must be able to work in trailers that do not have AC or heat when they are not generating power; and will work in the elements to gather supplies etc.Candidates must not be afraid to do a lot of bending, stooping, and replacement of receptacles (mechanical and electrical if knowledgable) climbing ladders, replacing carpets, and must not be afraid of heightsCandidates must be okay with working with water and cleaning detergents to disinfect trailers and an interest in entry level maintenance work however higher level candidates can also be consideredSkills:Cable puller, general production, Labor, Paint prep, Sanding, Production, Blueprint, Mechanical, Spray gun, Industrial, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical Aptitude, Installation, cleaning, Construction, General labor, Concrete, Power tool, Hand tool, Solar, Painting, General constructionTop Skills Details:Cable puller,general production,Labor,Paint prep,Sanding,Production,Blueprint,Mechanical,Spray gun,IndustrialAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Any entry level craftsman would have the right skills set; must be careful with candidates coming straight out of HVAC school as there is no HVAC work involved and therefore they would not be using their degree
