Global Insider Risk Program Director-HYBRIDCategory: Legal AffairsMain location: United States, Virginia, FairfaxPosition ID: J0523-0936Employment Type: Full TimePosition Description:In this dynamic role, you will assist in the implementation and management of the CGI Global Security Program, including the Enterprise Security Management Framework (ESMF) which encompasses information security/cyber security, business continuity, physical security, workforce security and insider threat management.Evolve CGI insider risk program effectively. The program director will be responsible for collaborating with Strategic Business Units, Global Functions and other key partners to ensure alignment, operational standards, program effectiveness and cost efficiency.This role can be located at any CGI Office in the US.Your future duties and responsibilities:Program leadership and management Developing well-structured plans from start to finish, including identifying processes, deadlines and achievements Initiate and set goals for programs based on the organization’s strategic objectives Planning and running program budget, case development Strong leadership with management experience Effective interpersonal and communication skills – lead large group discussion, facilitate team teamwork Create and further effective communication within the organizationStrategic Approach and Roadmap Liaise and cooperate with HR colleagues in the SBU HRBP teams, the Global HRMS teams and with other global HR functions and to ensure compliance with corporate strategy and programs. Define and evolve the global policies, standards and controls to support the strategies Provide a global, comprehensive view of insider threat risk posture, important metric and global spend Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis of standard methodologies, threat environments and technology evolutionDomain Expert Insider Risk frameworks including policies, working group protocols, UAM tools, supporting technologies and other operational controls required by a global organization to successfully implement and run an Insider Risk program Proven ability optimally collaborate with Global Security Operations Center and other partners to support the program Familiarity with IT incident management procedures and the appropriate level of coordination and integration between Insider Risk and incident management Deep knowledge of investigative principles, protocols and the ability to lead and/or mentor sophisticated and sensitive investigations in a global environment Experience conducting and facilitating workshops with the ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical levels Familiarity with ASIS/SHRM WVPI.1-2011 and ability to support local Security Business Partners with domain expertise on violence risk assessments, contemporary methods and tools, and risk management plansRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:Education, Experience and Certification A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required A minimum of ten (10) years in a security role related including insider threat, particularly in a large corporate environment Relevant certifications strongly preferred: Insider Threat Program Manager (ITPM), Insider Threat Vulnerability Assessor (ITVA), Insider Threat Program Evaluator (ITPE) and/or Certified Threat Manager (CTM)Qualifications Skill leader with solid grasp of Insider Threat concepts and the implementation of those concepts in complex environments. Investigations and/or Counterintelligence experience Experience with and understanding of workplace violence prevention methodologies, modern methods and tools, violence risk assessments, and risk management plans preferred but not required Good knowledge of IT security Experience in IT and business consulting services industries, including data center environments, preferredSkills Strategic thinker capable of handling sophisticated problems and influencing risk-based decision-making Ability to collaborate effectively in an intricate multi-national environment Excellent analytical, oral/written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively collaborate and handle relationships with global partners and varying levels of management Ability to communicate security and business risk to a broad range of technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and apply good judgmentBuild your career with us.“CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
