Hardscape Crew Lead & Team Members

Capital City Patios is hiring for full-time hardscape crew leads + team members to join our expanding business!

The crew lead is the primary interface between the project manager and the crew of a hardscaping project. While the project manager is responsible for dictating high-level project milestones to keep a project on schedule, the crew lead is responsible with leading and tasking their team to execute those milestones.

Crew team members will work under the direction & advisement of the crew lead.

Crew Lead Requirements

Great attitude, character, integrity, strong work ethic, loyalty, team mentality & trustworthiness

3 years’ experience as a hardscape installer

Ability to read and scale blueprints + successfully manage and lead multiple crews of 3-5 team members, including

subs

Willingness to teach others

Experience with

oHardscaping installations

o Low-voltage lighting

o Masonry & natural stone

Team Member Requirements

Positive Attitude, Reliable & Trustworthy

Willing to work with a team

Prior hardscaping experience preferred but not required
