Position Overview We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition who can own the vertical to deliver world-class service to our clients in the USA. The ideal candidate comes with over 10 years of experience in Business Development and Service Delivery in the talent acquisition space, has a wide array of recruiting experience from niche positions to volume hiring and has managed a team before. This is a highly visible role and requires a lot of aggression and passion for the job. The Head would be responsible for driving the strategic and operational Talent Acquisition (TA) Plan.

Responsibilities
  • Development and growth of your own client base by marketing our staffing services to target strategic industry segments, mostly in Fortune 1000 and large system integrator/consulting space.
  • Provide ongoing rapport and excellent customer service to existing clients.
  • Maintain and grow database of customers and prospects.
  • Support marketing efforts with sales presentations, demonstrations, and other sales actions.
  • The ability to capture a decision maker’s interest and to overcome objections is critical to success in this role.
  • Address key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives
  • Manage and optimize on the TA team’s output ensuring delivery on the promised hiring numbers
  • Ensure continuous pipeline creation for various open positions, identify prospective active and passive candidates using a variety of channels/sources and assess candidates to ensure role match, cultural fitment etc
  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts - additionally build a talent pipeline for future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Leverage our Skilent Platform to conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders
  • Conduct regular training for the team on new hiring standards and protocols
  • Should have a good understanding of the latest sourcing trends leveraging tools like LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitter, Stackoverflow, Lever etc.
  • Should be required to keep the team motivated and deliver candidates on time and under budget

Qualifications
  • 10+ years in full-cycle talent acquisition and growth, with experience in all stages: sales, account management, sourcing, recruiting, performance management, training, Development, and growth of your own client base by marketing our staffing services to target strategic industry segments, mostly in Fortune 1000 and large system integrator/consulting space.
  • Experience in Staffing Cyber Security Personnel is a PLUS
  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree. MBA is a plus.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Strong leadership skills, with proven expertise in elevating team members to a level of high performance.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to collate, analyze and present data, and drive clear insights into decisions that improve KPIs.
