Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support a restricted program in Lorton, VA.

The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for responding and supporting customer issues and requests. The Help Desk Technician will also be responsible for documenting and ticketing events/incidents.

The Responsibilities of the Help Desk Technician include:

• Providing end user support and troubleshooting

• Documenting and creating tickets for events/incidents

• Escalating tickets to proper department

• Respond to customer calls and emails

• Able to support 24x7 shift

The Qualifications of the Help Desk Technician include:
  • 1+ year of working in Service Desk or Help Desk roles
  • Experience with incident tracking system such as Remedy or ServiceNow
  • ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance
The Compensation for the Help Desk Technician include:
  • $60,000 - $80,000
