Location: Triangle, VA Salary: Negotiable Description: Help Desk Technician IIOur client is currently seeking 3 new Help Desk Technician II's that have active Secret clearances and the ability to initiate and resolve any and all service requests and problem incidents. This role will have you work in conjunction with NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) and will have a set schedule working Monday - Friday from 5:30PM - 6:30AM EST (weekends and holidays off).

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Using problem solving skills, diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems utilizing historical database records.
  • Route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists.
  • Keep all records regarding databases up-to-date.
  • Address all reoccurring problems resolving IT issues to higherup's for proper solutions.
  • Provides an outstanding customer service experience in a variety of circumstances across all organizational levels.
  • Works with system administrators and developers to ensure services/incidents are completed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of IT Support experience
  • Having an active Secret clearance with also having eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Must have 1 of the following DoD 8570 - IAT Level II Certifications
  • GSEC
  • CompTIA Security+ CE
  • SSCP
  • CCNA-Security
