General must have requirements
  • Customer focused with optimistic attitude
  • Clear and understandable speaking voice
  • Experienced phone communication skills
  • Organized, detailed, and process focused
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at same time.
  • Reliable transportation a must and clean driver record (past 3 years)
  • Field Service experience (working in different networks daily)
  • Some heavy lifting involved (75lbs and under)
  • Experience-Technician needs (minimum of 2 years IT work history)
  • Must have experience administering Microsoft Office 365 portal and configuration of M365 Premium features
  • Azure Active Directory - Exchange Admin – SharePoint Admin experience
  • Microsoft Office 365 - Outlook configuration, and profile management with general use knowledge
  • Must have experience with troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook/Exchange email profiles
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory Admin tasks and TCP/IP addressing
  • Support clients using remote connectivity tools
  • Installation of software and networking configuration of client computers
  • Windows 11 and 10 experience skills
  • Apple 10.x skills helpful but not required
  • Understanding usage and IT comprehension of VoIP Phone systems
  • Willingness to learn and grow into more technical skills
  • This position is Monday - Friday from 8am -5pm (hour lunch) 8 hours a day paid
