Job Descriptiono Receive support calls and create tickets for Level 1 and Level 2 supporto Continuously monitor HMI support Inbox for support requests, issues and escalationso Resolve HMI related incidents and user requestso Co-ordinate and communicate with the Company users, Contractor Level 2 support and any third-party vendors for issue resolutiono Provide communication and updates to Company management on critical issues impacting productiono Monitor the critical application processes and escalate to Level 2 as applicableo Assist users with password resets and unlockso Troubleshoot issues reported by the users for Company provided hardware (tablets, phones, scanners, printers, tags etc.)o Provide production shift coverage
• Skills requiredo Knowledge & troubleshooting of HMI, thin clientso Basic knowledge of Microsoft server & SQL databaseso Excellent communication & logical thinkingo Ability to communicate with business & shop floor operatorso Basic knowledge of hardware support"
