- Provides excellent customer service through all internal and external support interactions.
- Responds in a timely and helpful way to candidate and employee requests and inquiries.
- Represents the company by attending job fairs and engaging with area technical schools and colleges.
- Supports recruitment and selection processes by being the point of contact for candidates in the interview, pre-employment and onboarding processes.
- Coordinates and schedules phone screens, candidate travel, candidate testing and on-site interviews.
- Proctors and scores candidate assessments.
- Collects and maintains interview documentation.
- Conducts new hire orientation as requested.
- Guides employees through the employee referral process.
- Prepares correspondence; makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other administrative functions.
- Prepares new employee files.
- Processes requested invoices.
- Performs other support duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, produce accurate results and effectively prioritize work tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the stress of a high-paced and demanding work environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with daily use of Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Ability to report to work at an assigned office location. This position does not include a remote work option.
