Description Our client is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking for an experienced HR Specialist who can co-partner to effectively manage the increased capacity in HR operations. You will be instrumental in managing various business operations, including labor relations, payroll grievance processes, and hiring strategies. You will also be tasked with operational leadership and effective performance management and retention strategies for the organization.Responsibilities: Manage labor relations, including union contracts and union grievances Oversee the payroll process for a significant number of employees Handle all aspects of hiring, retention, and termination of staff Develop and implement a comprehensive culture strategy Ensure proficiency in payroll administrative processes Utilize ADP - payroll and UKG timekeeping and other tools Manage performance, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance Oversee change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and operations Handle call center operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction Manage business operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Proficient in ADP - Financial Services Experience with CRM systems Familiarity with Union Contracts and Union Grievances Expertise in Labor Relations Demonstrable skills in Performance Management Experience in Change Management Proficiency in Business operations is requiredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
