Description My client is a growing international communications firm headquartered in the Washington, D.C. area with a need for an experienced HRIS Manager. HRIS Manager will lead and support human resource systems and data analytics. The ideal HRIS Manager will have experience working UKG and managerial experience. The HRIS Manager will be responsible duties including: Responsibilities: Oversee the operation of HR Information Systems to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of data processing and reporting. Manage and optimize the use of UKG systems and work with benefits, compensation, payroll, and IT teams. Administer the compensation administration process within the HRIS to ensure fair and equitable compensation for all employees. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HRIS management and employee data. Leverage UKG Pro and UltiPro to optimize HR processes and workflows. Manage the Benefit Functions within the HRIS to ensure accurate tracking and administration of employee benefits. Continually evaluate HRIS to find areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Troubleshoot HRIS issues, providing technical support to HR and other staff as needed. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure the HRIS meets the needs of the organization. Requirements Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in an HRIS Manager role or similar position. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as UKG Pro and UltiPro is required. Demonstrable experience with Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration is necessary. A strong understanding of Compliance within the human resources sector is essential. Ability to work in a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven experience in managing and implementing HRIS projects. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, is desirable. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
