Job Description/Summary The HR Administrative Assistant provides direct support to the Human Resources Department and reports directly to the Human Resources Director; assists the administrative team in all Human Resources functions; including but not limited to recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, employee records, and new hire on-boarding. The HR Administrative Assistant will need to possess moderate understanding of daily office functions, be able to multi-task and manage department logistics. Responsible for answering phones, correspondence, receiving visitors and employees, coordinating special projects, and all other miscellaneous office functions. Job Requirements/Qualifications This position requires someone who is results-oriented, and passionate about growing their career. Possess the ability to multi task and manage conflicting priorities; possess a positive attitude and be a team player; Coordinate multiple projects by multi-tasking and using effective prioritization skills; Strong attention to detail; Ability to work with varying seniority levels to include staff, strong organizational and management skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and two years of administrative experience is required.
