Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning, minority and female-owned federal government contractor, has an opportunity for an early career Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team in our Corporate Headquarters in McLean, Virginia!   • A reliable generalist who is able to self-motivate and work independently with little direction at times
  • A dedicated professional with a high level of integrity, discretion, and accountability
  • A life-time learner with a Bachelor's degree, but recognizing the need to continually grow
  • A demonstrated HR expert who has achieved certification- not because it helps you do your job better, but because it shows you can think
  • Someone who works hard and gives it 100% all of the time .
This role will may be fully or partially responsible for:

  • Acting as the Team Lead
Harmonia provides great benefits, but your opportunity to become an expert in every facet of Human Resources while being part of an energetic and rapidly growing team may be one of the greatest. This will be a challenging and rewarding opportunity to grow in the Human Resources field while helping your company, team, and colleagues succeed in meeting their goals. This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week in our McLean office. Salary ranges between 60k and 75k based on what you bring to the table.
