Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning, minority and female-owned federal government contractor, has an opportunity for an early career Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team in our Corporate Headquarters in McLean, Virginia! A reliable generalist who is able to self-motivate and work independently with little direction at times
A dedicated professional with a high level of integrity, discretion, and accountability
A life-time learner with a Bachelor's degree, but recognizing the need to continually grow
A demonstrated HR expert who has achieved certification- not because it helps you do your job better, but because it shows you can think
Someone who works hard and gives it 100% all of the time .

This role will may be fully or partially responsible for:

Performance Management
Onboarding & Offboarding of Employees
Acting as the Team Lead

This will be a challenging and rewarding opportunity to grow in the Human Resources field while helping your company, team, and colleagues succeed in meeting their goals. This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week in our McLean office. Salary ranges between 60k and 75k based on what you bring to the table.
