Description We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources (HR) Manager in the Manufacturing industry, located in Richmond, Virginia. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth running of the HR department by providing effective management and coordination of human resources activities. This is a contract position where you will be expected to contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Responsibilities: Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all organization personnel Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems Implement and annually update the compensation program, rewrite job descriptions as necessary Manage the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt, nonexempt and contract workers; write and place advertisements; work with supervisors to screen and interview candidates Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed Manage and oversee the use of HRMS, ADP - Financial Services, and ADP Workforce Now systems.Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. Familiarity with HRMS, About Time, and Ceridian software. Ability to manage Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration. Strong understanding of Compliance within the HR sphere. Experience in handling Employee Relations. Proficiency in using Paylocity for HR-related tasks. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity. Ability to strategize and implement HR objectives. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to create a positive, inclusive work environment.
