Job Description:

We’re looking for a well-rounded maintenance technician who can hit the ground running, especially when it comes to HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, with specific expertise in changing filter driers and performing system evacuations. This is a field position that requires someone who is comfortable working independently, communicating clearly with property staff, and solving problems on the fly.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems

Replace filter driers and perform line set flushes and evacuations

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections

Troubleshoot and resolve general maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, appliances, etc.)

Communicate with property managers and residents professionally

Maintain tools, company vehicle, and work areas in good condition

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (residential or multifamily)

Proven experience changing filter driers and handling refrigerant lines

EPA certification required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and manage your schedule

Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with multifamily maintenance
