Headquartered in Hanover, VA, we specialize in HVAC replacements, weatherization, and energy conservation projects—many of which are supported by utility rebate programs across the state. As we expand operations into new markets, we’re seeking a skilled HVAC Technician ready to step into a field management role—someone who can lead crews, uphold our standards, and grow with us. This is a great ground floor opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
Perform heat pump replacements, tune-ups, and system diagnostics
Conduct load calculations and ensure proper system sizing and airflow
Oversee and coordinate HVAC crews in Richmond, Fredericksburg, and Virginia Beach
Provide on-site leadership, quality control, and project support
Manage communication with subcontractors and property managers
Travel in-state for overnight work as needed (scheduled in advance)
Requirements:
Minimum 4-7 years of hands-on HVAC experience
Master HVAC license (Virginia)
EPA Universal Certification
Clean driving record and criminal background
Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and load calculations
Proven leadership ability and comfort managing teams and schedules
Professional communication and problem-solving skills
