About the role- The purpose of this position is to provide support to project management operations, administration and systems management for projects from inception through completion.
- Support project delivery by entering and handling data within Kahua, utilizing the Principal model.
- Assure data accuracy in Kahua. Assure Kahua data is current and updated daily for reliability.
- Builds and maintains project policies and directives within the project operations manual. Audits, solicits and provides reporting on Project Management key performance indicators.
- Respond to customer inquiries concerning performance reports and project tracking system data.
- Assist project management executives in the implementation of and tracking the adherence to project administrative practices and policies. Provide internal and external customer training on PM application.
- Assist project team in project close-out procedures. Serve as project team liaison to IT Coordinator on tracking desktop hardware and software issues.
- May train new administrative assistants and temporary employees on project policies and administration.
- Prepare routine and special client reports as the need arises.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study. Minimum of 2 years project-administrative, database management and/or performance reporting experience or any similar combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
