Industrial Process Engineer

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.Design, analyze, and optimize industrial processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product qualityMonitor and evaluate process performance using data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvementTroubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process inefficiencies, implementing corrective actions in a timely mannerDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and process specificationsCollaborate with team to ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality assurance protocolsCollaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to implement process improvements and new initiativesConduct root cause analysis on production issues and recommend solutions to prevent recurrenceParticipate in Lean and Six Sigma projects to streamline operations and eliminate wasteSupport equipment selection, installation, and validation for new or upgraded production systemsPrepare detailed reports and presentations on process performance and recommendations for management review
