Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for an Information Technology Training Specialist. The Training Specialist will be responsible for planning and delivering contracted services to the Army located at Fort Eustis, VA. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and providing information systems training to the customer organization and associated stakeholders. The Training Specialist should have the following experience:

  • Designing and recommending comprehensive training plans
  • Creating course content and associated materials
  • Assessing organizational training needs
  • Developing and delivering information technology solution based training to a variety of end users at all technical skill levels
  • Authoring How To guides and related instructional support materials
  • Creating and maintaining process improvements and supporting reference documentation
  • Developing and updating reference materials using Microsoft and Adobe resources
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, with experience briefing executive personnel
  • Master s Degree in a related discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor s Degree in a related discipline and 12+ years relevant experience
  • Possess an active ITIL Create, Deliver and Support professional certification
Desired experience includes the following:
  • Familiarity with Army and DoD training delivery methods and solutions
  • Understanding of SharePoint and SharePoint Online
  • Understanding of the Army Portfolio Management System (APMS)
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE DOD SECRET CLEARANCE; this will be verified prior to interview. Therefore, s can be considered for this position.
