Summary: ISOS (Infrastructure Services & Operations Support) is a central organization of technical program managers that supports multiple data center and engineering teams that build and operate Facebook's private cloud infrastructure, which is one of the largest cloud systems in the world. We support product development across a variety of areas such as infrastructure capacity demand & supply management, data center maintenance, server & network repair, construction project controls, power management etc.We are looking for a Program Manager with strong skills and experience in technical program management, system design, process & workflow definition and managing cross-functional organizations. The Program Manager is expected to be analytical, detail-oriented, an effective communicator with the ability to go deep into learning their team’s systems and leverage their technical knowledge to influence and drive cross-team projects and roadmaps. You are also expected to work with engineering teams to define product roadmap, metrics, project plan and drive rapid development to build world class automation to help scale Facebook's infrastructure.Required Skills: Infra Data Center Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.

Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.

Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.

Articulate the technology, requirements, goals, and milestones for your program.

Lead and prioritize strategic initiatives while working closely with teams across the organization, including partner teams around the world.

Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create programs for solving those problems.

Proactively identify upcoming risks, inefficiencies, issues, and bottlenecks, and resolve cross-team issues.

Define and own metrics and key performance indicators.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.

10+ years of technical program management experience.

Experience understanding business needs, translating them into product requirements and creating execution plans.

Experience working on sophisticated technical systems and collaborating with engineers on system design.

Experience leading cross-organizational programs, effectively influencing partners and holding them accountable to goals, timelines and deliverables.

Analytical and problem solving experience including experience defining and collecting key metrics across projects.

Experience communicating effectively across the organization with interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Software development, infrastructure engineering, or coding experience.

Knowledge of compute, storage and networking technologies.

Knowledge of Data Center operations.
