CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI provides a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI supports TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.

What You'll Get to Do:
  • Create/review Test & Evaluation Master plan (TEMP) documentation from provided requirements
  • Attend project meetings with Engineering and the customer
  • Create test plans and test cases for testers
  • Testing of mobile devices and applications based on Android, iOS, Microsoft, or other mobile OSs
  • Workstation reimaging
  • Virtual workstation management
  • Active Directory management
  • Security checks and Troubleshooting
  • Test machine preparation and software delivery
  • Maintain SOPs and Portal
  • Inventory (shipping/receiving)
  • Support testing/demos/engineering
  • Configuration management support
  • You will be expected to keep up with the changing environment while ensuring a high level of operational effectiveness

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • US Citizenship required
  • An active DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) is required to begin employment and must be maintained as a requirement of continued employment
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years' related work experience
  • Must be able to set up and maintain test environments
  • Experience with Compile test results
  • Good troubleshooting, debugging and communication skills
  • Experience with creating and reviewing of Test Analysis Reports
  • Experience developing manual and automated test scripts
  • Experience writing and maintaining technical documents to include, but not limited to user stories, test scenarios and test cases
  • Flexible - The environment is highly dynamic.
  • Previous experience in software development, quality assurance, or other related fields
  • Strong root cause analysis skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • ITIL v4 certification required within 90 days of hire

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Relevant DHS focused experience
  • At least 1-3 years of experience with mobile application testing and development
  • Experience with Software deployment using SCCM

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $65,300-$134,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
