Instructional Designer - Analyst I / Senior 102K-105K

Instructional Designer - Analyst II / Mid Level 85K-90K

Instructional Designer – Analyst III

/ Junior 80K

Instructional Designer: Manages the design and delivery of technology-based training programs. Applies advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years directly related experience. Must Haves:-At least 5 years of experience with training-Experience with creating end-user training materials and instructor facilitation materials-Ability to develop and brief data summaries to support decision-making-Ability to contribute in a team-oriented environment-Ability to work independently, collaboratively, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment-

Active Secret clearance-BA or BS degree Nice to Have:-Experience with Adobe Captivate or Moodle-Knowledge of the Analysis Design Develop Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE) model-Knowledge of key Navy programs and systems currently in service and under development-Experience with Navy or Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) operations, systems, or processes for personnel and pay-Experience with PeopleSoft-Experience with Navy or Service staff as military, civilian, or contractor, including Joint Staff, OPNAV, Navy SYSCOMs, and BSOs-Ability to work as a Self-starter in a Fast-paced environment and Multi-task while continuing to be a forward thinker
