The Partnership for Global Infrastructure and Investment (PGI) Fund Task Order serves as a project preparation platform providing infrastructure transaction advisory services and technical assistance on a flexible, rapid response basis to specific public or private sector projects to help resolve legal, technical, or regulatory barriers holding back investors or deal closure, and otherwise help to accelerate project development and execution.The International Development Manager at AECOM is responsible for managing and delivering corridor-level workstream, identifying and mobilizing teams, and ensuring effective project delivery. This role involves project management and program oversight, compliance monitoring, and facilitating reach back to engineering and other in-house technical capabilities and overseeing subcontractor delivery. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Manage and deliver DOS-funded project activities, ensuring effective project delivery and compliance.Support the PGI Chief of Party and field teams in the effective management of project activities and deliverables, including coordinating with home office and field delivery teams and management units as neededServe as home office project manager for assigned projects, working closely with project teams to develop project strategies, work plans, budgets and reportsContribute to and support development of project deliverables, including providing technical, coordination and communications support, as required.Oversee, as delegated, financial, HR, compliance, and risk management aspects of project implementation.
