RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Asset Manager/Procurement Specialist in Vienna, VA.
Duties Include: Begin the collection of IT Asset data and populate the asset inventory tool, database or spreadsheets with IT Assets that are owned or leased and hardware or software related; You will also document and keep track of all SaaS-based solutions that are owned, utilized, or managed by Corporate IT at this company Provide IT Asset information when requested and review or improve IT Asset collection processes, procedures, and documentation Maintain detailed information on all IT Assets - including those IT Assets that have been distributed to the field or need further investigations to be understood Read and understand the onboarding and offboarding processes and procedures for all IT Assets As a IT Asset Manager/Procurement Specialist, you will establish relationships will all customers, vendors, and suppliers that the Company's Corporate IT Department does business with Document and enhance the policies, processes, and procedures for Corporate IT Procurement Order, procure, and negotiate fulfillment requests with customers, vendors, and suppliers that the Company's Corporate IT Department does business within accordance with the SLAs or sense of urgency that is stipulated or requiredREQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
