IT Developer SST ResourceLocation: REMOTEPay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 optionsPosition Type: Multiyear ContractDescription:To design, develop, implement and maintain new IT solutions, or changes/enhancements to existing solutions that align with business initiatives and corporate strategies.Responsibilities: Support the Pega Platform platform and a CICD pipeline leveraged by application Scrum Teams running 2-week delivery sprints to develop and release Pega applications Collaborate and coordinate with technical partners and stakeholders to maintain the Pega platform including fixes and upgrades Work with Scrum Teams and technical partners (including the Pega COE) as needed to manage the CICD pipeline, currently leveraging Pega Deployment Manager Assist in the maturing of the Pega CICD pipeline as ADO is to be leverage to capture auditable results, such as code quality, and to facilitate control gates Partner with solution architect(s) and the Pega COE to deliver & maintain to architecture compliance guidelines, security requirements, and design and development standards May involve some level of application and/or Platform support related coding to assist in product delivery and to maintain quality is in adherence to best practices and standards Create new documents or modify existing documentation, including but not limited to, status reports, proposals or presentations, system diagrams, maintenance or change related documentation Qualifications: Master’s Degree or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience 7-10 + years of total IT experience preferably progressive starting as programmer and growing into a Pega developer At least, 5 years of progressive experience in Pega Pega Certified with a CSSA Broad based technology footprint (should have worked in various technology stacks: Cloud, DevOps, IBM, Oracle, UNIX, AIX, Windows, Java/J2EE, Databases, and Mainframe etc.) At least 2-4+ years of financial industry preferably banking industry experience Advanced verbal and written communication skills Leadership attributes and experience Effective analytical thinking skills, including summarizing information and clearly identifying key elements, patterns, results, or relationships Experience with iterative development and the Agile methodology as it applies to software development, with preferred experience in CICD pipeline management Experience in working effectively with diverse internal and external contacts/partners both technical and non-technicalFor immediate consideration, please apply directly or contact Ryan Pustilnik at 301.740.2110 System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
