Client: Fortune 50 Financials Org. IT Project Manager SeniorResponsibilities• Manage critical, enterprise-wide programs (strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, establishment of control procedures) that is driven by technology change (new innovation, automation or simplification)• Oversees and effectively reports on the status, budget, resources and plans for the programs as well as cross program dependencies and achievement of objectives and key results collectively• Applies standard PMO/agile scrum master principles, theories, concepts, and techniques• Proactively identifies issues and risks based on the knowledge of each project/product and their dependencies• Actively earns trust within the team and with stakeholders by being accountable, identifying risks/issues early and providing value• Develops resolutions to mitigate risk, resolve issues, ensure on budget, on scope and on time completion of milestones• Regularly engages effectively with management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers• Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situationsQualifications• Minimum 10 years of experience managing multiple technology projects and programs• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written• Strong presentation skills to different audience including Senior leadership and executives• Agile expert and experience in increasing and transforming the maturity, productivity and quality of teams• Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous, fast paced environment where priorities shift rapidly• Knowledge of industry best practices, frameworks and tools used in agile program management• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience Technology Ventures is a leading technology services company delivering a broad portfolio of business and technology solutions, along with staff augmentation, to help its clients improve their business performance.
