Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services organization is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager 1. The selected candidate will be responsible and accountable for Enterprise service delivery for the Space & AS PMO Sector functional areas. Responsibilities will include support of IT service delivery, planning, governance and compliance for Enterprise Services. The position will be located in the Northern VA area.

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and managing IT initiatives for Enterprise Services, to include:
  • Manage day to day employee job duties.
  • Support the Program Management Office on operational issues/initiatives and have management and oversight of site desktop, mobility, and voice and managed print employees & any IT service issues
  • SDTLs support Service Delivery Management (not primary customer facing) on operational issues/initiatives
  • Responsible for ensuring issues are resolved by Engineering/Operations
  • Technical resource for Operations and ISCP requests
  • Technical resource for any function when needed in support of provided Enterprise Services
  • Expedites for any Customer service tickets/incidents
  • Project management to resolve multi-tower issues
  • Lead operational improvements/Red Teams
  • Processing Operational Transactional processes - Waivers, PC Requests, E2E, ZZ/QQ, etc
  • Data calls /cleanup-PC Refresh Non-responders
  • Oversight on Site Operating initiatives - VoIP rollout, eMPS, Enhanced wireless, etc
  • Operational Communications on updates/status of services
  • Provide regular collaboration and guidance to large cross functional matrix teams
  • Execute on strategic planning and cost and schedule focused delivery
  • Provide for cost effective and timely delivery of high-quality IT services and products to Enterprise Services customers
  • Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with other sectors regarding multi-sector projects and initiatives
  • Influence and drive the Enterprise Services information technology (IT) strategy and direction, with a focus on leveraging all ES services while meeting all legal, ethical, and financial commitments.
  • Align IT Solutions organization, services, service levels, technology, and business process re-engineering initiatives with Enterprise Service Line strategies, business needs, and affordability while providing high-value IT services at the lowest possible cost.
  • Lead and support the development of enterprise architecture, with focus on improving the commonality of business processes through improvement methodologies using business systems and management processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems integration by reducing redundancy and cost, while at the same time increasing productivity and cost competitiveness
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 7 years of experience planning and leading enterprise-wide programs, service delivery and IT infrastructure initiatives; OR Master's degree with 5 years of experience. (A combination of years of experience and education can be considered in lieu of the degree requirement)
  • Experience in managing employees in a high paced environment
  • Experienced project manager or equivalent with at least 5 years' experience leading diverse functional or program teams, driving outcomes and achieving results
  • Demonstrated experience working with matrixed or virtual teams
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, analysis, planning, presentation and human relations' skills are required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in deploying data analytics capabilities and robotics process automation is preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant discipline
  • Experience leading a multiple dimensional team
  • Project Management Certification
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience in IT consulting and strategy development

Salary Range: $108,700 USD - $163,100 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
