- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems training and support.
- Proficiency in Oracle financial systems and software desired
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience developing and delivering training materials and instruction for financial systems and software.
- Experience creating and delivering trainers materials to users of Oracle ERP financial systems.
- Experience ensuring staff and management understand the usage and capabilities of financial systems and software.
- Experience monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of user training.
- Experience working with users to troubleshoot system issues and provide feedback to developers for improvements.
- Experience leading multiple modes of training delivery such as classroom, video and one on one training.
- Experience in financial systems training and support.
