The applications also facilitate second line oversight, credible challenge and advisory services for non-financial risks including Third Party risk, Business Resiliency, Technology and Information risk.Your Impact: Our ideal candidate will have significant impact in our team, and in our world. You will demonstrate effective and disciplined software development expertise. You will lead technical team and drive technical decisions and architecture discussions. You will design and deliver solutions on-time with high bar of quality keeping innovation in mind, and continuously improving software engineering practices. You will coach the team and provide your technical expertise. You will collaborate with other technical teams for implementing the solution designed. This person will also: Work with Product Owners to understand the desired capability, to define and prioritize work, determine artifacts, and manage workloads Involve in application development, prototyping, modeling and technical consulting. Actively facilitate issue resolution and issue tracking. Identify mitigation steps and ensures risks and issues are mitigated/resolved in a timely manner. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing application processes for greater scalability, etc. Lead efforts in data, code, and systems analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness in requirements. Support the Development TL and/or PM in managing projects / Agile Sprints. Perform and lead thorough Unit testing and Integration testing, including test data creation for various test scenarios. Qualifications: 8+ years of full-time experience in software development including design, coding, testing, production implementation, production support, performance tuning, bug fixing and quality control. 6+ years of experience with coding practices and languages (such as Java, Python, Scala, Angular/Spring boot, databases such as MongoDB/Postgres/SQL Server and OpenShift/Docker or others). 2+ years of experience with data ingestion tools (such as Talend, Informatica or others) Experience in Cloud data lake engine and Cloud data warehousing technologies (Snowflake, Dremio, etc.).
