The IT department supports not only the company-wide IT infrastructure, but also staff around the world, and provides DevOps and SecOps to support the product platforms as well.Responsibilities:
- Managing industry-leading SaaS environments - Microsoft, Okta, CrowdStrike, AWS, Atlassian
- HelpDesk support - troubleshooting, system management, end-user guidance.
- Implementing RBAC, Zero Trust and other enterprise security best-practices.
- IT process improvement - finding efficiencies, developing our use of APIs, integrations and scalable processes.
- On and Offboarding.
- Producing end-user and internal documentation for IT processes.
- Physical and virtual asset management.
- Enterprise data stewardship.
- Participating in implementation and migration projects.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience provide IT support and managing related IT systems.
- Pass background check.
