This role would work alongside a team of 10-12 in delivery talent program consultation. Bachelor's Degree

1+ years of professional experience in projects management

1+ years of professional experience in talent delivery

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Must be able to support work onsite (3) days per week in the Falls Church area

Preferred:

Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced team environment with enforced deadlines.
