Core4ce is seeking a Junior Capture Manager who will help drive growth for the Defense Solution Business Unit. The Junior Capture Manager will serve as a team member on matters related to Business Development, Capture Management, Proposal compliance, Request for proposal analysis, and requirements analysis.Responsibilities
Work as a team player to collaborate with program managers, chief architects, proposal managers, executive leaders, and functional staff to support business development, capture, and proposal efforts
Leverage prior experience pursuing large, complex opportunities and interpret all volumes of Federal Government solicitations (e.g., RFPs, RTEPs, RFIs), recommend response strategy and ensure proposal submissions are fully compliant.
Coordinate with Contracts, Subcontracts, and Pricing managers on cost, contractual, and subcontracting proposal volumes to ensure appropriate schedules and inputs are met
Lead and participate in collaborative sessions to define and refine win strategies, competitive assessments, and customer pain points/hot buttons
Identify and qualify new opportunity pursuits that align to Core4ce’s market position, capabilities, and strategy
Lead corporate responses to customer-issued market surveys and request for information
Qualify and brief opportunities at milestones and facilitate progression through formal pursuit/bid gate reviews
Train and mentor junior business development, capture management, and proposal management personnel
Support the development of price to win strategy for opportunities
Report directly to the Business Unit Vice President of Capture Management to jointly develop market strategies, customer access/call plans, and identify pipeline opportunities
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of team experience within the Information Technology field (cybersecurity, software engineering, data science, enterprise networks, etc)
Fundamental understanding of the full government acquisition lifecycle
Meticulous eye for reviewing all volumes of Federal Solicitations to include technical, management, staffing, and pricing volumes and ensuring proposal responses are fully compliant
Ability to quickly transition from opportunity qualification to pursuit and developing/executing a comprehensive capture plan for opportunities greater than 50M in total contract value
Experience leading solutioning sessions and black hats/competitive landscape analysis meetings
Strong written and verbal skills combined with a collaborative, resourceful, aggressive, and creative mindset for growth
