- Write and/or edit technical documents, including business proposals, reports, user manuals, briefings and presentations, functional descriptions, system specifications, guidelines, special reports, and other project deliverables to meet contract requirements.
- Use established document and brief formats, assists determining document needs of end users.
- Provide grammar, style, and formatting recommendations document and brief drafts provided for review.
- Provide first draft creation for pre-formatted documents and briefs using technical information provided by Subject-Matter-Experts.
- Work with graphics personnel to assist with professional integration of photographs, drawings, diagrams, and charts of documents and briefs.
- Revise documents and briefs as updates are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Pro.
- Develop outlines and drafts for review and approval by technical specialists and project management ensuring that final documents meet applicable contract requirements and regulations.
- Research and gather technical and background information for inclusion in project documentation and deliverables.
- Consult relevant information sources, including library resources, technical and financial documents, and client and project personnel, to obtain background information, and verify pertinent guidelines and regulations project deliverables.
- 3-5 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making
- Experience in Customer Service
- Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
