Kitchen Staff- Pizza Maker and Grill Cook

Looking for kitchen staff who can either make pizza’s or grill food items. If you can make pizza and grill, even better. Willing to train the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

Food Preparation for grill:

Prepare, season, and cut ingredients for grilling along with sides.

Food Preparation for pizza:

Create dough, sauces, and prepare fresh toppings like vegetables and meats. Assemble pizzas accurately and efficiently.

Cooking:

Cook various items to order, ensuring they meet specific quality standards for taste, temperature, and presentation.

Grill/ Pizza Oven Management:

Monitor and maintain proper grill/ oven temperatures and equipment to prevent hazards and ensure food is cooked correctly.

Plating and Garnishing:

Arrange and garnish cooked food to create visually appealing dishes before serving.

Sanitation:

Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary grill/ oven station and work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Finally, need someone who is experienced or willing to learn how operate a grill and/or pizza oven.

Job requirements:

Must understand/ speak English. No exceptions.

Willing to train the right candidate.

Hours: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and/or 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Salary: Grill- $12 plus an hour and Pizza maker- $13 plus an hour. Once fully trained and can work independently, willing to give a raise.
