IntroductionTyto is searching for a

Lead Enterprise Architect for a complex, multi-year contract to modernize the U.S. Army infrastructure. The program involves the modernization of the classified Army network infrastructure at multiple CONUS/OCONUS locations to provide improved end user connectivity capabilities. The Lead Enterprise Architect will interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, tenant organizations, Government Site Leads, and technical representatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Program Focal point for all engineering efforts
  • Manage engineering resources and ensure engineering deliverables meet all standards to deliver products of the highest quality that are technically correct, consistent, and cohesive within the overall program and satisfy customer’s requirements
  • Coordinate all engineering efforts so that all requirements are considered and assessed, resulting in a synchronized end-state solution
  • Delegate responsibilities to Senior Engineering Staff as required
  • Work closely with senior engineering staff to coordinate all projects and are cognizant of factors that may impact deliverables

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of an Active DOD Secret Clearance required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Ten (10) years of experience managing network modernization work or system projects of similar scope and complexity
  • Professional network certification CCNP, CCDE, or CCIE (CCIE Preferred)
  • Possess extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with the DoD Network and Cybersecurity standards and specifications
  • Knowledge and experience with the U.S. Army Enterprise Architecture supporting Warfighting systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and defend design rationales

Security Clearance Required:
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility

Travel Required:
  • Yes, 20% of the time

Potential for Telework:
  • Yes, 50% of the time
