Lead Low Voltage Technician – Site Survey / Job Walk

We are a low-voltage contractor working on commercial projects across [region]. We are urgently seeking a Lead Low Voltage Technician with strong field experience to perform a site survey/job walk and provide accurate project assessments.

Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys/job walks to review project scope and requirements

Document cabling pathways, device locations, and equipment needs

Communicate findings to project managers and engineers

Ensure survey work is completed efficiently and to company standards

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience in low-voltage systems (structured cabling, security, AV, or related)

Skilled in reviewing site conditions and identifying installation needs

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Strong communication and leadership skills

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
