Here, you will help lead our industry forward and make your career.Job DescriptionAs a valued colleague on our team, you will act as a team lead in the designing, producing, testing, or implementing software, technology, or processes, as well as lead processes for creating and maintaining IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Finance Technology - Software Engineering - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:- Independently determine the needs of the customer while identifying and resolving conflicting or complementary needs across customer groups.
- Applying advanced skill, knowledge and experience, design and develop software solutions to meet customer needs.
- Use a process-driven approach to leading design solutions.
- Implement new software technology and coordinate simultaneous implementation tasks across teams.
- May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software
- 5+ years of experience building and supporting large and complex projects using programming languages like Java/J2EE or ETL Tool like Informatica/Abintio
- 3+ Years of experience leading squads or teams with delivering complex applications on prem and/or Cloud
- 3+ Years of experience mentoring and training junior resources
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience with technologies such as Spark , Python, AWS services like EMR, Lamba, S3, RedShift, Glue, Postgres
- 2+ years of experience with DevOps tools, CICD
- 2+ years of experience with architecting and designing SAAS applications like Workday
- Experience using software and computer systems' architectural principles to integrate enterprise computer applications such as xMatters, AWS Application Integration, or WebSphere
- Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
- Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
- Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal
- Learning and Training including conducting, developing, and evaluating training, instructional design, and learning management systems
- Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
- Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages
- Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
- Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
- Skilled in Java
- Skilled in SQL
- Experience using APIs for developing or programming software
- Skilled in AWS Developer tools such as CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodeStar, or CodePipeline
- Experience using JIRA
