Lot Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the repossession lot, ensuring that vehicles are presented in an appealing manner for our customers. This position requires a strong focus on guest services and hospitality, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.

Duties

Move cars within the storage lot by driving the car and/or using a tow truck

Remove, organize, and label personal items from cars for retrieval

Process paperwork for car retrieval and transfer, maintaining complete records

Complete and electronically submit all required documentation

Operate vehicles in a safe, lawful, and secure manner consistent with company policies and procedures

Maintain a professional appearance

Effectively communicate using digital devices in a manner compliant with FCC rules and company guidelines.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.

Must successfully pass background check and frequent random drug tests.

Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Must be at least 23 years of age

Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written and possess basic computer and data entry skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.

Pay: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour
