Now Hiring: General Maintenance & Landscaping Worker

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team to maintain several office and rental location in the Hampton Roads area. The responsibilities include light landscaping and keeping the locations in general repair and providing a welcoming and professional environment.

Position Details:

Type: Part-time with flexible hours

Responsibilities: General maintenance tasks, landscaping, and site maintenance to ensure all properties are well-cared for and presentable

Key Qualifications:

Driver's License: A valid driver’s license is required

Transportation: Must have their own vehicle for traveling between locations

Team Player: Ability to work well as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment

Proactive Attitude: Exhibits a "see a need, fill a need" mentality, taking initiative to resolve issues before they become problems
