Perform general maintenance projects as assigned. This includes, but is not limited to, installations/repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.Respond to and complete resident work orders, ensure quality of service and resident satisfaction.Perform work needed in relation to apartment turnovers.Knowledge of all property emergency, safety, and disaster plans/procedures.Respond promptly to emergencies and after hours calls.Provide transportation for resident shopping.Maintain office, shop, and storage. Responsible that mechanical areas are in accordance with SLC policies.Perform other duties as assigned.
